What you get to do in this role: Executive Assistant: 

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support
  • Proactively manage a complex, rapidly evolving calendar—prioritizing time with intention and clarity
  • Anticipate the VP's needs and take initiative to remove roadblocks, streamline decision-making, and keep priorities moving
  • Coordinate global travel and logistics with precision and foresight, ensuring seamless execution and contingency planning
  • Prepare briefing materials, pre-reads, and communications for internal meetings, customer engagements, and executive forums
  • Track key action items and follow-ups, ensuring accountability and visibility across the leadership team
  • Use judgment to move at appropriate pace, remove blockers and expedite Global Industries & Solutions team performance
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Serve as a liaison between the VP and internal stakeholders, partners, and customers—modeling ServiceNow's values in every interaction
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to support team operations, communications, and culture initiatives

 

Skills

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting a senior in a global, fast-paced organization; experience in enterprise software, sales, or strategy functions strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and operate independently with a high degree of ownership
  • Track record of prowess in navigating organizations, including building relationships with peer EAs and team members to help overcome organizational silos or barriers
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; executive presence and professionalism in all interactions
  • Flexibility on working hours with ability to accommodate global teams and meetings, on occasion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, and enterprise expense/travel tools such as Concur
  • A high level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach and a strong sense of purpose in enabling the success of others
