About The Work
Skills
At least 2-5 years' of experience writing exam questions, answers, and distractors for use in various types of technical/software focused assessments.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a good understanding of English grammar and punctuation.
Flexibility to work US hours (20-25 % of the work time)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and work under tight deadlines.
Communicate to stakeholders and team members with clear and detailed presentations, and ability to effectively lead productive meetings.
Strong technical knowledge of web technologies and working in a SaaS environment.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Experience with the Pearson VUE and iTS platforms is a plus.
Experience with the ServiceNow Platform is a plus.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
