ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to lead and elevate our Americas webinar program. This high-impact role is pivotal in driving pipeline growth through compelling digital experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external partners to plan, execute, and optimize webinar and virtual event strategies that engage audiences and support business objectives.

 

What you get to do in this role: 

  • Lead end-to-end management of the webinar program: from topic selection and speaker coordination to audience acquisition, event execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for promotional events and marketing programs.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, third-party promotions) to engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, assess success, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive content planning and coordination across teams (web, events, paid media, social, ops, comms).
  • Analyze program data and KPIs (conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to inform future strategies.
  • Ensure proper tracking, lead routing, and reporting infrastructure is in place.
  • Monitor program performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Oversee budget operations including internal transfers, PR submissions, and vendor invoice approvals.
  • Take ownership of strategic cross-functional projects impacting AMS region.
  • Stay current on digital marketing innovations and webinar best practices to enhance program effectiveness.

 

In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing or campaign management.
  • Proven success developing and executing webinar strategies using frameworks from Forrester, ITSMA, or the like.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience working with global teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, paid media) and tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance reporting (Tableau, Power BI preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms (automation tools, social media platforms, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and MarTech tools such as PathFactory, Outreach, Drift, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with webinar platforms (e.g., ON24, Zoom).
  • High energy, self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset and positive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
