We are seeking an experienced Brand Measurement Manager to provide coverage for a team member on parental leave. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension, depending on your start date and the evolving company needs at the conclusion of the initial contract period.

The ideal candidate is a data-savvy marketer who can seamlessly integrate into an established brand measurement program and sustain momentum on key initiatives. You'll be joining the Brand Strategy & Creative team at ServiceNow during an exciting period of brand growth, working closely with our analytics team, external research partners, and internal marketing teams.

Primary responsibilities

Brand measurement and reporting program management: You will serve as the primary driver for ServiceNow's established brand measurement program, working in partnership with our analytics team and external research partner. Your focus will be on maintaining and enhancing our existing measurement framework while delivering actionable insights to executive leadership and uncovering new findings to refine our marketing strategies.

Key activities include regularly monitoring and analyzing key brand metrics, with a primary focus on unaided and aided awareness and consideration across global markets, utilizing analytics tools such as Morning Consult, Nielsen, and Sprinklr. You'll oversee production of quarterly strategic reports on brand performance, conducting competitive analysis to ground tracker data in a broader market context, building recommendations based on findings, and summarizing insights clearly for executive understanding.

You'll also drive strategy for evolving our tracker questionnaire in line with business changes and new measurement opportunities, while integrating our owned data with broader industry data and methodologies around brand health (including Interbrand Brand Valuation, Kantar BrandZ).

Secondary responsibilities

Voice of the customer integration: You'll collaborate on and lead initiatives to better integrate customer perspectives into our brand strategy foundations and day-to-day work. This includes consulting on campaign tracking methodologies, supporting customer interviews and focus groups, and creative testing.

Required qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in brand insights, including time working in B2B Technology companies
  • Proven experience managing brand tracking and measurement programs and working with research partners
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data sets into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences
  • Ability to quickly integrate into existing teams and processes
  • Self-directed work style with minimal ramp-up time required
  • Available for immediate or near-immediate start

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with digital enterprise platforms and challenger brand strategies
  • Knowledge of industry brand health methodologies
  • Experience with new and established insights methodologies, including focus groups and interviews (AI and traditional)
