What you get to do in this role:

  • Support Program Operations: Assist with logistics and execution for Early in Career experiences, including internships, post-offer engagement, full-time development programs, and early talent initiatives.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with multiple departments to ensure seamless delivery of programs and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor Program Impact: Track and report on key performance indicators and success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Engage with Talent Communities: Contribute to efforts that build strong relationships with incoming hires from campuses, military backgrounds, and diverse communities.

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has: 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates effectively across teams and functions to achieve shared goals.
  • Process and Data Management: Manages workflows and maintains accurate data to support operational efficiency.
  • Virtual Event Production: Coordinates and produces virtual events using conferencing platforms.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in productivity tools for document creation, data analysis, and presentations.
  • Interpersonal Communication: Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Content Management: Oversees creation, organization, and compliance of digital content.
  • AI Tools: Leverages emerging AI technologies for process improvement and content generation.
  • Event Coordination: Plans and executes events, ensuring seamless logistics and participant experience.

 

Education

  • Associates or Bachelors degree, and/or relevant work experience.
