About the work

  • Handle operational implementations of new Incentive programs
  • Manage the day-to-day payments processing, flow of funds and reconciliation work
  • Bring qualitative and quantitative feedback from partners and internal team to team to help decision-making
  • Partner with multiple cross functional teams including legal, compliance, programs, Accounts payable and Revenue teams
  • Utilizes all available information to choose the best solution and resolve Partner concerns. Own and follow through each partner issue until fully resolved. This means working with other business units and teams on complex questions and problems knowing when to engage more senior staff level when required.
  • 4+ yrs of professional working experience within partner or customer management  
  • Knowledge on Partner Incentives is a must
  • Excellent analysis and excel skills
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively interact with fast‐paced business
  • Excellent problem resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with high quality
  • High energy with the capability to multi‐task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
  • Must have a collaborative working style and must work well in a team environment.
  • Bachelor degree
