We are seeking an experienced Anaplan (or Pigment) Model Builder (IC4) to design, build, and enhance enterprise planning models supporting Finance use cases.
Anaplan experience is required; Pigment experience is a strong plus.
This role will deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across FP&A, forecasting, and financial planning processes, partnering closely with Finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will translate business requirements into robust models that improve forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance Anaplan models with a focus on Finance planning use cases (FP&A, OpEx, headcount, revenue, forecasting)
- Implement scalable model structures aligned to best practices for performance and maintainability
- Modify existing models to introduce new capabilities, improve performance, and integrate with other planning models
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical model designs
- Ensure models accurately reflect financial drivers, assumptions, and planning logic
- Perform QA and ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across models
- Troubleshoot and resolve model issues to support planning cycles
- Support data integrations across Finance systems and connected models
- Maintain model documentation and drive continuous improvement in model usability and performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Anaplan model building (required)
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end Anaplan solutions
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience supporting Finance use cases such as FP&A, OpEx, workforce planning, revenue planning, or financial reporting
- Understanding of data integration patterns and connected planning architectures
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Anaplan certifications (Model Builder, Solution Architect, or Master Anaplanner)
- Experience with enterprise-scale finance transformations or multi-model ecosystems
- Pigment model building experience in any domain area (nice to have)
- Familiarity with AI capabilities within Anaplan and/or Pigment
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational processes within an FP&A Systems or Finance Product team
- Exposure to other planning or connected planning platforms
