Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Systems Engineer with strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux expertise to support enterprise Linux operations, security remediation, automation, and cross-team execution. This contractor role is well suited for a hands-on engineer who can independently drive RHEL 8/RHEL 9 work, communicate clearly with technical stakeholders, and help maintain reliable, compliant Linux platforms.
Primary Mission
Support the operational health of the Linux Center of Expertise by helping execute RHEL 8/RHEL 9 security remediation, coordinating with service owners, maintaining automation through Puppet and Ansible, and completing KTLO operational work across the OS Engineering organization.
