What you get to do in this role

  • Act as a project manager for development products for ServiceNow, such as our post-offer engagement programs and Launchpad programs, by implementing and executing core components of that product in partnership with teammates across the globe
  • Partner with various internal stakeholders, such as our recruiting team, operations teams, and others, to make sure all the details of the program are executed at the highest possible potential
  • Monitor program metrics to continue to scale high performing programs and adjust current programs based on data
  • Have a pulse on the feedback & attendance of the programs we are deploying to ensure an engaging & productive experience for all
  • Drive process & program improvements
  • Have a passion for working with early in career talent by building meaningful relationships, fostering a sense of belonging, and creating engaging, supportive experiences throughout the participant journey while infusing culture and innovation in everything we do
  • Facilitate live virtual sessions including assisting with managing content, session resources, and prepping speakers
  • Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual early in career programs and events, including event logistics, participant experience, and onsite coordination as needed
  • Manage day-to-day program operations, including shared inboxes, participant inquiries, participant and manager communications, and operational processes to ensure a seamless learner experience

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management or program management
  • 2+ years' experience working with high volume early in career talent
  • Able to report to work in our Hyderabad office 2-3 times per week
  • Strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work across global time zones to deliver & engage stakeholders in multiple time zones
  • Able to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to groups at varying levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-motivated and a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment who can prioritize and pivot accordingly to the current work demands
  • Passionate for working with early in career talent
  • Consistently share process improvements and ideas, grounded in data, a deep understanding of the personas they are working with, and industry research
  • Ability to critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Desire to partner and share best practices with teammates around the globe
