The Partner Administrator plays a critical operational role in ServiceNow Expert Services, managing the end-to-end coordination of partner candidate evaluation and onboarding. This position serves as the hub for screening scheduling, assessment logistics, and stakeholder communication, enabling the organization to efficiently evaluate and integrate partner staff into delivery teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate screening logistics with recruiting team and hiring managers, managing application review timelines and feedback collection
- Schedule and coordinate technical and behavioral interviews across time zones, managing calendar coordination with internal and partner stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute assessment materials, rubrics, and evaluation guidelines to interviewers; collect and consolidate evaluation feedback
- Maintain candidate pipeline tracking and status reporting, flagging delays and escalating blockers to hiring leadership
- Serve as primary point of contact for partner candidates, providing clear communication on status, next steps, and logistics
- Coordinate with Delivery Managers and Workflow Leaders to align partner staffing with open delivery engagement slots
- Track partner staff onboarding milestones, role certifications, and training completion against DEG standards
- Manage evaluation documentation and archiving for audit and compliance purposes
- Identify and escalate candidate quality issues or systemic gaps in the evaluation process to leadership
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, staffing coordination, or talent acquisition support
- Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and calendar management tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders with different priorities - Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage complex timelines and coordinate across teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate and evaluation information
- Familiarity with technical staffing, consulting recruitment, or professional services operations preferred
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with consulting, systems integration, or professional services delivery staffing
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform, products, or delivery processes
- Experience coordinating technical interviews or assessments (coding, technical architecture, design, etc.)
- Background in workforce planning or resource allocation in services organization
