As a Staff UX Designer on the Digital Technology Experience Design (DTXD) team, you will design intuitive, scalable experiences that support our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will serve as a design subject matter expert for key areas within our GTM products, such as landing pages and other core product experiences, each spanning multiple related features and workflows. You will lead the design of those areas end to end and influence their experience strategy.

This role is ideal for a designer who is strong in interaction design and UX fundamentals, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to solve real operational problems for sellers and GTM partners. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research, Business, and other cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality designs that improve efficiency, clarity, and adoption across enterprise tools.

What you get to do in this role

Experience Design & Systems Thinking

  • Own end-to-end design of core GTM experiences.
  • Create interaction designs, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that integrate with larger systems and align with established design patterns.
  • Apply strong UX fundamentals and interaction design principles to simplify complex workflows and operational constraints.
  • Ensure designs balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

GTM-Focused Problem Solving

  • Influence experience strategy for the areas you own by framing problems, identifying opportunities, and recommending direction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of GTM personas and how GTM functions intersect (e.g., sellers, sales managers, etc.) and reflect that understanding in your designs.
  • Contribute to improving usability, clarity, and efficiency across enterprise-level GTM tools.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration, Influence, & Alignment

  • Lead or serve as a key design contributor on large, cross-functional initiatives with significant user and business impact.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Business, and other stakeholders to shape solutions, resolve ambiguity, and align on direction.
  • Communicate design rationale and tradeoffs clearly and confidently, influencing decisions and advocating for user-centered solutions.
  • Navigate competing priorities and difficult conversations with diplomacy, empathy, and candor, building alignment through critiques, reviews, and working sessions.

Impact, Ownership & Growth

  • Deliver high-quality work independently and at a high velocity, adapting as requirements evolve.
  • Contribute to processes, patterns, documentation, and product innovation that scale design quality and improve how teams work.
  • Demonstrate accountability for outcomes, using feedback and iteration to continuously improve.

Skills

  • Advanced UX and interaction design expertise, with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Strong systems thinking; able to design across workflows, products, and organizational boundaries.
  • Strong product intuition connecting user needs, personas, business goals, and technical capabilities.
  • Strong Figma proficiency and experience with enterprise design systems and product and technical constraints.

GTM‑Specific Expertise (nice to have)

  • Understanding of sales processes and seller workflows.
  • Familiarity with enterprise CRM and GTM platform such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar tools.
  • Experience designing across multiple enterprise products with complex dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Exposure to complex, multi‑stakeholder environments with competing constraints.

Education

  • 7+ years of UX or product design experience, including complex enterprise or operational workflows.
  • Proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to large, cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product direction and cross‑functional partners through design, communication, and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Visual Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
