About The Work
As a Technical Product Manager (TPM) you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement for GTM Sales. You will be overseeing ongoing product health, optimizing processes, and driving high-impact initiatives that deliver consistent value to stakeholders.
This role emphasizes a mix of technical expertise, product management, and strategic prioritization to maintain product excellence and meet evolving user needs. You will bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring the product operates seamlessly while aligning with the company’s long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product health through metrics, end-user feedback, and usage data.
- Proactively identify issues, user pain points, and product gaps.
- Ensure product stability through proactive issue resolution and prioritization of fixes.
- Business Requirement intake, story creation and closely working with our Engineering and Data & Analytics Leads.
Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize product requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the Product Owner for sustaining activities, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and addressed.
- Continuously evaluate and communicate progress, blockers, and opportunities to stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring and Metrics
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product health, performance, and success.
- Summarize findings into clear, actionable presentations for leadership and business stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, UX, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of fixes, optimizations, and enhancements.
- Foster collaboration across teams to address product challenges efficiently
Product Strategy and Roadmap Execution
- Support the Lead TPM product roadmap aligned with business priorities and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of enhancements, fixes, and sustaining initiatives.
- Prioritize tasks effectively based on business impact, customer needs, and resource availability.
Technical Collaboration
- Leverage strong technical expertise in CRM, AI, Power BI, and Snowflake to design solutions that address business challenges.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the existing architecture.
Opportunity & Account Management, GTM Sales Tool Experience
- Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, and Snowflake, with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Deep understanding of standard sales cycles, personas, and selling motions (direct sales, indirect sales, renewals).
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
- Strong prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive high-impact outcomes.
Education
- 4+ years of experience in software product management, with a focus on AI, SaaS products, or technical operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
