As a Technical Product Manager (TPM) you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement for GTM Sales. You will be overseeing ongoing product health, optimizing processes, and driving high-impact initiatives that deliver consistent value to stakeholders.
This role emphasizes a mix of technical expertise, product management, and strategic prioritization to maintain product excellence and meet evolving user needs. You will bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring the product operates seamlessly while aligning with the company's long-term vision.
A key focus of this role is driving the development and adoption of AI-powered capabilities, building new AI skills and features that enhance seller productivity and customer outcomes. You will champion AI innovation within the product and ensure new AI-powered features are effectively integrated and adopted across the sales organization.
Skills
- Proactively identify issues, user pain points, and product gaps—with particular focus on AI adoption barriers and opportunities.
- Ensure product stability through proactive issue resolution and prioritization of fixes.
- Own the vision and roadmap for AI skill development and integration, ensuring new AI capabilities are built with clear use cases and measurable impact.
- Partner with AI/ML teams to design, validate, and launch new AI-powered seller workflows and capabilities that drive adoption.
- Product Requirement Management with story creation and communication to our Engineering & Data Analytics Leads.
Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize product requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the Product Owner for sustaining activities and new AI skill initiatives, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and addressed.
- Continuously evaluate and communicate progress, blockers, and opportunities to stakeholders—highlighting the business value and adoption impact of new AI features.
Performance Monitoring and Metrics
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product health, performance, and success—including AI skill adoption rates, usage metrics, and customer impact.
- Summarize findings into clear, actionable presentations for leadership and business stakeholders, demonstrating ROI of AI investments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, UX, AI/ML, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of fixes, optimizations, enhancements, and new AI capabilities.
- Foster collaboration across teams to address product challenges efficiently and accelerate AI skill development and adoption.
Product Strategy and Roadmap Execution
- Support the Lead TPM product roadmap aligned with business priorities and objectives, with a focus on AI-driven expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of AI enhancements, new skills, fixes, and sustaining initiatives.
- Prioritize tasks effectively based on business impact, customer needs, resource availability, and AI adoption potential.
Technical Collaboration & AI Innovation
- Leverage strong technical expertise in CRM, AI, Power BI, and Snowflake to design and evaluate AI solutions that address business challenges.
- Partner closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure technical feasibility, alignment with existing architecture, and thoughtful AI integration.
- Facilitate smooth communication between development teams, AI engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Drive adoption and skill-building by creating clear narratives around AI capabilities and their business value to sellers and customers.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software product management, with a focus on AI, SaaS products, or technical operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience building, launching, or scaling AI-powered features or products in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI product strategy, including understanding of generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI skill design.
- Proven experience in Sales tools, with hands-on expertise in Opportunity & Account Management and GTM Sales Tool Experience.
- Strong technical proficiency in Power BI and Snowflake, with the ability to collaborate effectively with development and AI/ML teams.
- Deep understanding of standard sales cycles, personas, and selling motions (direct sales, indirect sales, renewals).
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
- Strong prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive high-impact outcomes and measure AI ROI.
- Experience managing SaaS vendors and ensuring product performance.
- Proven track record in delivering customer centric solutions with a people first design approach, with specific examples of driving adoption of new capabilities.
- Experience or enthusiasm for learning about emerging AI trends, frameworks, and best practices in enterprise software.
