Our intelligent cloud-based platform seamlessly connects people, systems, and processes to empower organizations to find smarter, faster, and better ways to work. But this is just the beginning of our journey. Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone.

Role Overview:

This hybrid role blends project management, customer success, and light solution consulting to ensure in-kind technology grants move smoothly from intake to impact. The ideal candidate brings a strong project management mindset, experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, and a passion for social impact.

What you get to do in this role:

Project Management & Delivery Oversight

  • Own and maintain project plans and delivery roadmaps across the in-kind donation portfolio.
  • Track milestones and deliverables; flag delays and proactively troubleshoot barriers to implementation.
  • Maintain documentation and dashboards for internal visibility and partner reporting.
  • Ensure project timelines, partner alignment, and reporting milestones remain on track.
  • Liase with account executive and sales ops to create and executing in-kind contracting.
  •

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination across Legal, Product, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Comms teams.
  • Lead check-ins and update calls with internal teams and external grantees.
  • Translate technical information into clear communication for all audiences—including executives and nonprofits.

Partner Engagement & Project Support

  • Support grant recipients from opportunity scoping through implementation handoff and project completion.
  • Support partners during early-stage workshops and discovery sessions to align expectations and timelines.
  • Coordinate with Business Process Consultants and implementation partners to ensure a smooth transition from planning to delivery.

Program Support

  • Share best practices and reusable materials to support repeatable and scalable engagement models.
  • Support refinement of internal processes to improve delivery and reporting for future cycles.
  • Contribute feedback to help improve the overall experience for ServiceNow’s in-kind partners.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, solution consulting, or customer success—ideally with nonprofits or social impact partners.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform (CSA certification preferred).
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects across sales, product, services, and legal teams.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools.
  • Skilled communicator—able to tailor messages for technical and non-technical stakeholders, and comfortable presenting.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and moving parts.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio, Miro, Figma).
  • Passion for technology-for-good and a background working with or supporting nonprofit organizations.
