Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven contractor with the ability for organizing, managing, and analyzing data for the Global Impact and Sustainability team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record for two key capabilities: 1) working with and linking data in Workiva and 2) maintaining exceptional attention to detail for data collection and maintenance and related analysis. Ability to visualize and communicate technical requirements into business value in PowerPoint along with experience with AI enablement to improve processes are a plus.   

 

This detailed-oriented role will report to the Director of Corporate Sustainability Reporting and work closely with the broader, cross-functional team as needed.   

 

What you get to do in this role: 

  • Working with and linking data in Workiva 
  • Support overall Workiva implementation and lead on a variety of projects that ensure successful implementation for regulatory reporting. 
  • Maintaining exceptional attention to detail for data collection and maintenance and related analysis 
  • Utilize ServiceNow’s ESGM (ESG Management), IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and related products to track and ensure controls of corporate sustainability metrics for public and internal reporting (e.g. annual corporate sustainability report, questionnaires, presentations, regulatory reporting) with limited assurance. 
  • Help assess and create AI enablement or technology solutions for manual processes include ESG raters (e.g. S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment, CDP, EcoVadis, ISS ESG etc.) 
  • Create timelines and project plans to effectively manage progress and issues and ensure timely delivery  
    Schedule and facilitate conversations with users, technical teams and vendors, and content owners to gather input and insights to ensure functionality and implementation meet expectations. 

 

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 2-4+ year experience working on data management and analysis. 
  • Experience with Workiva Sustainability Management implementation, setting up and using structured metric files, data mapping and integration. 
  • Familiarity with data governance, including data validation, controls and audit trails.  
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and/or other technology 
  • Comfort with working with large sets of quantitative and qualitative data with strong data and information organization, management, analysis and visualization skills 
  • Experience in high growth and fast-moving professional environment 
  • Demonstrated capability of working collaboratively with the ability start from scratch, take and convert on feedback and improve on new and existing work product; lead with sleeves rolled-up approach 
  • Proven project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery  

 

Education

  • Undergraduate degree in technical areas (data analytics, math, finance)
