Job Summary:

Process Excellence Partner (Contingent)
Talent Acquisition Transformation, Optimization, and Excellence Team
Overview: Provide operational leadership and strategic advisory support within Talent Acquisition during a period of significant transformation. This contingent role will ensure continuity during team capacity gaps while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership on process redesign, implementation, and organizational effectiveness.
 
Core Responsibilities:
Operational Coverage

  • Provide hands-on operational support for critical TA processes during team capacity constraints
  • Maintain continuity of key initiatives and deliverables across process improvement workstreams
  • Lead execution of assigned projects and ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Process Redesign & Implementation Support

  • Support launch and implementation of process redesign initiatives as part of broader TA transformation including intake and strategy sessions, candidate selection, and interviewing.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute on redesigned processes and workflows
  • Ensure effective change management, documentation, and enablement as new processes roll out

Leadership Advisory

  • Serve as strategic advisor to leadership on operational effectiveness and organizational dynamics
  • Provide real-time insights and observations on team capabilities, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Assess current state operations and contribute recommendations for functional optimization
  • Act as trusted partner in evaluating team structure and capability requirements

Technology Transformation Support

  • Support implementation and adoption of new technology solutions within the TA stack
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams on tool rollout, training, and optimization
  • Drive change management related to technology implementations

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build effective relationships with TA teams, coordinators, and cross-functional partners
  • Facilitate alignment and communication across teams during transformation efforts
  • Coordinate with Global People teams and enterprise partners to ensure connected execution

Key Outcomes (3-6 Month Horizon):

  • Provide seamless operational coverage ensuring no disruption to critical TA processes and initiatives
  • Successfully support launch and implementation of 2-3 major process redesign initiatives
  • Deliver ongoing strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on organizational effectiveness
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships that enable effective collaboration during transformation

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, process improvement, or operational excellence roles
  • Proven track record supporting large-scale transformations in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Experience serving in advisory capacity to senior leadership
  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Knowledge of TA technology platforms and tools (ATS, CRM, scheduling, analytics)
  • Ability to quickly build credibility and establish effective working relationships
  • Experience working in contingent or interim capacity roles preferred

 
Education
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
