As a Senior UX Designer on the Digital Technology Experience Design (DTXD) team, you will design intuitive, scalable experiences that support our GoToMarket (GTM) organization. You will own featurelevel and workflowlevel experiences across sales, revenue operations, and adjacent GTM systems, translating complex business needs into clear, usercentered solutions.

This role is ideal for a designer strong in interaction design and UX fundamentals, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to solve real operational problems for sellers and GTM partners. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research, Business, and other crossfunctional partners to deliver highquality designs that improve efficiency, clarity, and adoption across enterprise tools.

What you get to do in this role:

Experience Design & Execution

  • Own endtoend design of features, workflows, or scoped journeys within GTM tools and systems.
  • Create interaction designs, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity designs that integrate with larger systems and align with established design patterns.
  • Apply strong UX fundamentals and interaction design principles to simplify complex workflows and operational constraints.
  • Ensure designs balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

GTMFocused Problem Solving

  • Design solutions that support sales, seller workflows, revenue operations, and crossfunctional GTM partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how GTM functions intersect (e.g., sellers, managers, deal desks, legal, ops) and reflect that understanding in your designs.
  • Contribute to improving usability, clarity, and efficiency across enterprise-level GTM tools.

Collaboration & Product Alignment

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Business, and other crossfunctional stakeholders to understand requirements and shape solutions.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly and confidently to peers and project teams, advocating for usercentered decisions.
  • Actively participate in critiques, reviews, and working sessions to align on direction and quality.

Impact, Ownership & Growth

  • Deliver highquality work independently, managing your own priorities and adapting as requirements evolve.
  • Contribute to improving team processes, patterns, or documentation that help scale design quality.
  • Demonstrate accountability for outcomes and a willingness to learn from feedback and iteration.
  • Begin influencing beyond your immediate scope through strong execution, collaboration, and communication.

Why This Role Matters

The GTM experience directly impacts seller productivity, deal velocity, and user satisfaction across business processes. In this role, your work will help teams move faster, make better decisions, and focus on what matters most — closing deals and serving customers — through thoughtful, usercentered design.

  • Strong interaction design and UX fundamentals, with the ability to design clear, usable workflows.
  • Ability to produce highfidelity design deliverables that work within established design systems.
  • Clear, structured communication of design decisions, tradeoffs, and user context.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting designs as constraints or priorities change.
  • Proficiency with Figma and collaborative design workflows.

GTMSpecific Expertise (Nice to have)

  • Experience designing for sales teams, revenue operations, or enterprise-level GTM systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM or GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to complex, multistakeholder environments with competing constraints.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX or product design.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently deliver workflowlevel or featurelevel design solutions.
  • Experience working on enterprise or operational tools is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Visual Design, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
