As a Senior Staff UX Designer within the Digital Technology Experience Design (DTXD) organization, you serve as a strategic design leader shaping the end‑to‑end experience for our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) ecosystem. You define and evolve the experience vision across interconnected workflows—including sales, legal, revenue operations, and cross‑functional business systems—ensuring cohesive, intuitive, and scalable product experiences.
This role requires deep systems thinking, strong product intuition, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate high ambiguity. You influence multi‑product strategy, drive complex initiatives, mentor designers, and elevate design excellence across DTXD.
What you get to do in this role:
Experience Strategy & Vision
- Define, influence, and evolve the long‑term UX vision across GTM and related Legal workflows, aligning design strategy with business priorities and user needs.
- Deliver innovative, end‑to‑end design solutions for complex user journeys spanning multiple products, systems, and organizational boundaries.
- Create holistic frameworks, principles, and guidelines that help standardize the user experience across the GTM ecosystem and scale quality across teams.
Systems Thinking & High‑Impact Execution
- Take a systems-level view of the GTM experience, designing not only user interfaces but also the workflows, processes, and operational realities behind them.
- Develop scalable design languages, service blueprints, and multi-product frameworks that deliver cohesive experiences across enterprise tools.
- Evaluate and adapt the approach amid high ambiguity, navigating trade-offs, technical constraints, and parallel workstreams.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, product, engineering, UX research, business analysts, and change management leaders to shape requirements and drive alignment across GTM initiatives.
- Lead complex, cross‑functional projects with significant visibility and impact, influencing decisions at multiple levels.
- Communicate design strategy, rationale, and decisions clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders, ensuring adoption of a user‑centered mindset across teams.
Design Execution & Craft
- Produce polished, detailed design deliverables—including user flows, service blueprints, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and documentation for engineering handoff.
- Apply strong systems thinking, accessibility, and workflow‑level coherence to ensure consistently high‑quality design outcomes across multiple products.
- Ensure design decisions balance user value, business goals, technical constraints, and enterprise scalability.
Thought Leadership
- Champion best practices, advocate for design’s role in the product lifecycle, and cultivate a high‑performing design culture in collaboration with DTXD leadership.
- Represent GTM design expertise across the organization.
Why This Role Matters

Your work directly impacts productivity, deal velocity, and user satisfaction across high‑value business processes.

- Comfortable driving multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and momentum.
GTM‑Specific Expertise (Nice to have)
- Deep knowledge of sales processes, seller workflows, revenue operations, and/or legal contracting workflows.
- Experience designing for enterprise CRM and GTM‑critical systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, CPQ platforms, or lead‑to‑cash tools.
- Understanding of how GTM functions intersect: marketing, sales development, account executives, renewals, deal desks, and Legal stakeholders.
- 10+ years of UX/product design experience, with a significant portion focused on enterprise workflows or complex system design.
