The contractor will own logistics for learning events and coordinate staffing resources for customer engagements, as well as general coordination of meetings and events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, independently driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment with shifting priorities.

This engagement is well-suited for an experienced contractor who has supported enablement or learning operations programs, has analytics experience and can deliver quality work with limited oversight.

  • Maintain a centralized events tracker with up-to-date status, attendance data, and follow-up actions

Staffing & Resource Coordination for Customer Engagements

  • Work with Marketing to coordinate the logistics of assigning and deploying internal resources to customer-facing engagements
  • Track resource availability, capacity, and assignments to ensure proper coverage across active engagements
  • Act as the primary coordination point between enablement, sales, and customer success for staffing requests
  • Maintain accurate and current records in resource management systems
  • Flag scheduling conflicts or capacity gaps proactively and drive timely resolution

  • Background supporting resource staffing or professional services coordination
  • Exposure to BI or analytics platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

Contractor Expectations

  • Available during core business hours with a high degree of responsiveness to stakeholder requests
  • Able to operate independently and manage priorities without day-to-day direction
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of making sound judgment calls when needed
  • Delivers work on time and communicates proactively if timelines or scope shift
  • No benefits or paid time off included; contractor is responsible for own taxes and equipment unless otherwise specified
