Role overview

The Learning Strategy & Analytics Lead makes LSI’s AI-first strategy visible, measurable, and investment-ready through reporting, dashboards, business cases, and executive communications.

1. Run AI adoption and enablement reporting

  • Build the reporting framework: metrics, KPIs, sources, cadence, and audiences.
  • Turn GLD data into recurring insights for LISS leadership and partners.

2. Build KPI dashboards

  • Define KPIs and success measures for portfolio, innovation, and OKR progress.
  • Build live dashboards that surface health, throughput, and decision points.

3. Develop business cases and value narratives

  • Build ROI-informed cases for investment, headcount, technology, partners, and trade-offs.
  • Connect LSI work to GLD outcomes and ServiceNow priorities.

4. Produce executive strategy communications

  • Create leadership-ready decks and artifacts for GLD Learning Strategy, SNUx, Ambient Assessment, and agentic content.
  • Turn strategy, analytics, and senior direction into clear executive narratives.

5. Operate as a delegated producer

  • Produce finished reporting, business cases, dashboards, and artifacts from senior direction.
  • Work across data, narrative, and design to move ambiguity to decision.

Success metrics

  • AI adoption reporting live on a defined cadence
  • Portfolio dashboards live, leadership-used, and tied to OKRs
  • Business cases delivered for major LSI investments
  • Executive-ready artifacts delivered for priority initiatives
  • KPIs, ROI models, and narratives used to support decisions

Core skills

  • Strategic analytics, dashboard creation, KPI development, business case development, ROI modeling, executive storytelling, PowerPoint creation, data visualization, OKR and portfolio reporting, independent problem solving, stakeholder management, written communication, and narrative development
  • 5–7 years of experience in learning strategy, strategic analytics, strategy communications, business operations, program management, or a closely related role with strong reporting and business-case construction
  • Strong analytics capability — comfortable building reporting frameworks, defining KPIs, creating dashboards, and pulling scattered data into a coherent story
  • Advanced PowerPoint and executive-communication skills, applied strategically (not tactically) — the ability to build leadership-ready artifacts that hold up to senior scrutiny
  • Proven experience building business justifications, ROI models, value narratives, or investment cases that were used to drive decisions
  • Strong written and visual communication: can translate complex strategy and data into clear, defensible artifacts using strong data visualization and narrative development
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills — able to gather inputs, align partners, manage ambiguity, and move work forward independently
  • Familiarity with learning, talent, or workforce data is helpful but not required — transferable analytics and business-case skills are essential
  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — you will be building reporting frameworks and business cases from scratch in a newly defined role
  • Comfortable taking direction from senior leadership and turning it into finished work without close supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Learning & Development, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications, executive education, or professional development in learning strategy, analytics, AI-enabled learning, data visualization, instructional design, or executive communications are a plus.

What makes this role unique

This is not a traditional analyst role or a deck-production role. It sits at the intersection of learning strategy, strategic analytics, executive communications, and decision support — taking data, strategy, and executive priorities and turning them into compelling, evidence-based decisions and communications.

You will operate at the intersection of:

  • Analytics and reporting: turning scattered data into a coherent decision-ready story
  • Business justification: building the case behind LSI’s investments and decisions
  • Executive strategy communications: building leadership-ready decks, written narratives, and artifacts that match the innovation team’s standard
  • Influence: making LSI’s impact visible to sustain investment and alignment
