- Support recurring operational reviews, audits, and governance activities across Talent Acquisition programs and processes.
- Analyze data sets to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and potential process adherence gaps.
- Perform detailed validation activities using Excel, lookups, data reconciliation techniques, and reporting tools.
- Partner with program owners to document findings, track remediation efforts, and improve operational controls.
- Maintain audit documentation and reporting artifacts with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Workflow Automation & Process Improvement
- Build, maintain, and optimize Power Automate workflows that streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify automation opportunities and support implementation of scalable solutions.
- Test workflows, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and recommend enhancements.
- Assist with process mapping and workflow redesign initiatives.
AI & Copilot Enablement
- Support development and maintenance of Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered solutions.
- Assist with agent configuration, testing, knowledge source management, and user adoption activities.
- Help establish governance, content standards, and feedback mechanisms that improve agent accuracy and effectiveness.
- Contribute to AI enablement initiatives that enhance employee self-service and operational support capabilities.
Knowledge Management & Content Optimization
- Organize, curate, and maintain knowledge content to improve discoverability and AI query performance.
- Structure content repositories to support effective search, retrieval, and self-service experiences.
- Review existing documentation and identify opportunities to improve consistency, usability, and governance.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure content remains current, accurate, and aligned with operational needs.
SharePoint & Digital Workspace Support
- Assist with SharePoint site design, migration, restructuring, and content organization.
- Build and maintain pages, navigation structures, document libraries, and supporting resources.
- Improve information architecture and user experience across enablement and operational sites.
- Support governance and content management best practices.
Enablement Content Development
- Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, FAQs, process guides, communications, quick-reference materials, and training resources.
- Translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly content.
- Support change management and readiness efforts for new tools, processes, and programs.
- Draft internal communications and educational materials that promote adoption and operational effectiveness.
- experience in Business Operations, Program Management, HR Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- experience supporting operations, process improvement, program administration, enablement, or business operations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data validation, lookups, reconciliation, pivots, and analysis.
- Experience with SharePoint administration and content management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform solutions.
- Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI tools, chatbot development, or knowledge management solutions preferred.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
