Duties
The Demand Generation Senior Manager will drive data-informed decision-making through planning, modeling, and analysis. Responsibilities include optimizing reporting for registration and revenue performance, collaborating cross-functionally with Strategy Events, Marketing Analytics & Insights and Field Marketing Teams, and enhancing demand generation strategies based on registration performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize reporting tools and data analytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Ensure that demand generation strategies are consistently aligned with business goals. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing Analytics & Insights team to ensure seamless tracking of event registration. Collaborate with Field Marketing teams on performance and opportunity to target customer and prospects to achieve objectives. - Campaign Performance Optimization:
Analyze registration and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement. Partner with marketing stakeholders on opportunity improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness. - Reporting & Forecasting:
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that track demand generation performance. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment on KPIs and reporting standards. Provide regular updates on campaign performance and lead metrics to leadership. - Marketing Technology & Tools Management:
Optimize the use of marketing technology platforms, such as PowerBI and Rainfocus, to improve reporting, segmentation, and overall demand generation processes.
Skills
In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue through lead generation strategies. Prior experience in field marketing role is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in reporting and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Excel).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of demand generation best practices.
- Self-starter who can take ownership of projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for data and using it to drive business outcomes.
