What you get to do in this role:

  • Perform payroll duties including but not limited to:  
    • Payroll Americas (US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica)
    • Assistance in the processing of US payroll, semi-monthly and off-cycle as required, or scheduled.
    • Fidelity management of Deferred Comp and ESPP
    • Customer Service and Support using our ticketing system
    • Assist processing payroll changes, including New Hires, Terminations, Benefit changes.
    • Assist with M&A projects as they are presented.
    • Perform other duties as assigned, with attention to detail.
    • Back-up and support as necessary, to the Payroll Manager

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Solid knowledge of payroll laws and regulations and have demonstrated basic level payroll technical skills in a variety of areas including, payroll processing, reporting, account reconciliations, stock reporting, and performance of SOX controls.
  • Knowledge or experience in the following platforms; ADP, Workday, Fidelity, ServiceNow, EY, Excel, JPMorgan, and proficiency in learning new systems as required.
  • Process timely payroll for the Americas accurately and in compliance with USGAAP, government regulations and SOX requirements.
  • Experience with ADP Vantage US strongly preferred.
  • Support various departments, data, procedures, projects and initiatives to ensure efficiency and accuracy of the organization’s activities.
  • Perform file uploads/interfaces between ADP/Workday/Fidelity
  • Support efforts to streamline processes, creating efficiencies and improving accuracy.
  • Manage garnishments, VOEs, subpeonas.
  • Support internal and external payroll inquiries as necessary by performing the necessary research and responding appropriately via Ticketing platform.
  • Knowledge and ability to support multi-state taxation, various required payroll tax filings.
  • Assist with the audit requests from the SOX and Internal Audit Team.
  • Effectively support external departments to ensure proper payroll processing of external items such as, but not limited to, Onboard/Offboarding, Benefits, Commissions, Compensation, Stock.
