Job Description:

Position Overview:

The Workplace Space Program Manager, specializing in Data Analytics and Technology Implementation, is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of workplace space programs that leverage data-driven insights and innovative technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, technology trends, and workplace management to create and manage spaces that enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data analysis, technology adoption, and space management strategies.

 

What you will do in this role:

 

Program Management:

  • Lead and manage workplace space programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, including space utilization, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop project requirements, development, and testing to ensure successful implementation of workplace technologies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Facilities, to ensure seamless execution of technology transformation initiatives.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics to track and assess workplace space usage, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve space efficiency.
  • Analyze employee behavior and workspace usage data to inform decisions on workspace design, allocation, and resource optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to provide real-time data and metrics related to workplace space performance.

Technology Implementation:

  • Spearhead the implementation of new technologies that improve space management, by adopting ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery tools, and develop enhancements to further its capabilities.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies that can improve the workplace experience, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Facilities, to ensure seamless execution of technology transformation initiatives and smooth integration with existing systems and infrastructure.

Workplace Strategy Development:

  • Work with senior leadership to develop long-term workplace strategies that align with the organization's goals and employee needs.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to create flexible, adaptable workspace models that support hybrid or remote working environments.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing space allocation, reducing real estate costs, and improving overall workplace satisfaction.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for workplace space-related projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, department heads, and employees to understand requirements and expectations for workplace environments.
  • Ensure that the workplace environment fosters collaboration, innovation, and a positive organizational culture.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve workplace space strategies to ensure they are aligned with evolving business needs and technology advancements.
  • Conduct regular reviews of space programs and initiatives, adjusting as necessary to optimize effectiveness and performance.

Skills


What you need to be successful in this roie:

 

Experience:

  • Proven experience in implementing data analytics solutions and technologies in a workplace environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and workplace management software
  • Familiarity with smart building technologies, IoT devices, and data-driven workplace optimization platforms.

Project Management Skills:

  • Solid experience in project management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to present data-driven insights in an accessible, actionable format.

Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Facilities Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in workplace space management, project management, or data analytics, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
