What you get to do in this role: Become the ‘go to’ person for all things related to Professional Services (PS) Operations Work with PS Engagement Managers and Delivery Managers to ensure both deployment records and related billing are up to date and accurate Work with partners and PS field personnel to meet monthly billing deadlines Research and resolve all PS billing discrepancies in monthly time cards to SAP integration interface requiring effective and efficient interaction with PS Accounting and other Finance teams Perform as a liaison between Engagement Managers and Accounts Payable in assisting with partner Invoicing and time card reconciliation Drive the continuous improvements of PS processes Assist with work orders, follow-up on approvals, purchase requisitions and purchase orders for partners Work with Partner Programs, Procurement and Finance to get new partners set up Work closely with PS Accounting - share knowledge and develop new processes for partners and internal accounting issues Monitor deployment records for best practice adherence - end date, survey contacts, etc. Build and run reports to show specific data as determined by senior management Configure and administer billing rules on a PS Automation tool Working Hrs, M-F 7AM- 4PM PST

Expertise and hands-on knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools Experience working with Sales, Consulting and Project Management Solid understanding of financial principles related to PS is preferred including revenue recognition and account reconciliation Experience with PS Automation tools highly preferred 3 or more years of experience in business operations
