  • Facilitate strategic planning and decision-making processes, often serving as the connective tissue across teams.
  • Identify opportunities, flag risks, and drive resolution with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.

  • What You Bring:
    • User-centric mindset, with proven experience leading Experience Design disciplines such as UX Strategy, Research, and/or Design
    • Strategic focus with exceptional execution skills—you think big and move fast.
    • Proven experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a similar high-impact role.
    • Masterful communication and storytelling skills across formats—visual, written, and verbal.
    • Ability to quickly synthesize complex information and turn it into clear, compelling deliverables.
    • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and urgency—especially when working toward tight deadlines.
    • Comfort operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments with constantly shifting priorities.
    • Track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
