Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage marketing programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Emphasizes the importance of teams achieving results; challenges poor outcomes or unproductive behaviors and motivates urgency in others to reach goals and meet deadlines
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to develop comprehensive marketing programs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze program performance, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders. Manages team progress against expectations by monitoring timelines, project phases, and other metrics & designing feedback processes into the work
- Process Improvement: Involves consistently identifying, analyzing, and implementing enhancements to workflows and processes within an organization.
- Documentation: The skill of creating and maintaining accurate and organized records, reports, and documentation related to business processes, projects, and activities, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility of information for effective communication and reference purposes.
- Business Requirement Definition: Able to identify and document the needs and objectives of a business and translate them into specific requirements that can be used to guide the development of products or services.
- Project Management Fundamentals: Proficiency in applying project management principles, tools, and techniques to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Project Planning: Able to define project objectives, determine project scope, develop project schedules, allocate resources, and establish project milestones and deliverables, to ensure effective project management and successful project execution.
- Strategic Planning/Prioritization: Strategic prioritization proficiency refers to the ability to identify, evaluate, and allocate resources to the most important and impactful initiatives and goals in alignment with an organization's strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 7 years in related role.
- Proven success in running marketing programs: Demonstrated ability to drive results.
- 5+ years' experience in Project/Program Management with emphasis in large cross functional organizations.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, highly organized.
- PMP and Agile Certified preferred but not required.
