Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to lead our webinar-focused marketing campaigns. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing external vendors to develop, execute, and evaluate webinar campaigns for North America. The ideal candidate should have excellent project management skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end webinar program, including topic identification aligned to campaign plans, coordination and training of speakers, audience acquisition, complete event execution, and follow-up.
  • Ensure close alignment of marketing investments and initiatives through stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to execute promotional events and marketing programs.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels such as email, social media, and third-party platforms.
  • Track performance and analyze marketing data including campaign results, conversion rates, and KPIs to shape future marketing strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, ensure program success, and continually suggest optimizations.
  • Manage and track program expenses against a defined budget, including input and tracking of purchasing requisitions and vendor management.
  • Provide leadership on requirements for marketing webcasts run regionally or by other teams.
  • Continually seek innovations and best practices to elevate the webinar program.

Skills


  • 5+ of experience in B2B integrated marketing and campaign program management and execution.
  • Proven ability to develop, lead, and execute webinars and virtual events.
  • Detail-oriented with a meticulous desire to manage project timelines and deliverables accurately and on time.
  • Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Experience in utilizing event platforms, including ON24 and Zoom.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools; ability to bring new ideas and best practices.
  • A passion for metrics and data to influence decisions; experience using reporting/dashboard tools, preferably Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, preferably Marketo; hands-on experience not required.
  • Exceptional team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with high energy and a "can do" personality with the desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.

Education


A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
