Negotiation & Contract Management:
· Support and lead negotiation of contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable pricing, delivery, and service levels.
· Assist in managing vendor contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and performance metrics.
· Data Analysis & Reporting:
· Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supply chain risks.
· Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key sourcing metrics, supplier performance, and cost savings.

In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement. Experience in Marketing or Professional Services is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Familiarity with cost modeling, sourcing strategies, and market trends.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers at a high speeds.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Marketing and/or Professional Services in a procurement environment is a plus
- Certification in supply chain management or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CPSD, or CIPS).
- Experience with RFx Tools
- Knowledge of supplier diversity and sustainability practices.
