Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Regulatory Change Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Ethics & Compliance. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, monitor, and manage regulatory changes that impact ServiceNow.

You will be instrumental in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the regulatory change management process. You will facilitate a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and their implications, to drive informed decisions and successful implementation of necessary changes.

 

What you get in this role:

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and communicate regulatory developments affecting ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Partner with the legal team, domain owners, and external counsel to assess the applicability of regulatory changes and their implications for the business.
  • Relay significant regulatory developments to the various business units for gap assessment, impact assessment and implementation planning.
  • Systematically track and report regulatory changes to relevant management teams and committees.
  • Collaborate with management across compliance programs to ensure policies and processes align with regulatory intent.
  • Maintain and update the regulatory change process to ensure it scales company growth in new industries and geographical locations.
  • Work closely with compliance and operations teams to design workflows that support effective regulatory change management.
  • Provide input on process design for sub-functions to incorporate regulatory compliance risk metrics, monitoring, and escalation procedures for non-compliance.
  • Support regulatory gap assessments and regulatory audit activity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned and support the development of the Compliance & Control Framework.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years working in legal, security, compliance, or audit roles.
  • A basic understanding of cloud security, compliance, and legal frameworks, with a strong ability to identify regulatory changes and implement balanced compliance strategies.
  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, as it pertains to legal and compliance contexts.
  • Ability to comprehend regulatory compliance requirements and translate them into requirements and actionable controls to mitigate business risk.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building relationships across all leadership levels.
  • A self-directed individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about making a meaningful impact.

  • Work Authorization : Green Card, US Citizen
  • Preferred years of experience : 3+ Years
  • Travel Required : 25% or less
  • Shift timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
