We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resource Manager to support a large-scale services program in partnership with our Contingent Workers Partner.
This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of resource operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, forecasting, financial tracking, performance management, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, excels at cross-functional communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you get to do in this role:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process for new resources.
- Review resumes provided by CWs Partner Company, conduct initial screenings, and share candidates with the appropriate manager group for interview approval.
- Schedule panel interviews, align availability across all stakeholders, and facilitate Zoom meeting setup.
- Gather interview feedback and communicate results back to CWs Partner Company.
- Initiate onboarding steps with the ServiceNow hiring manager once a resource is confirmed.
Monthly Reporting
- Prepare and deliver monthly schedule forecasts (10–12 week outlook) to finance.
- Generate monthly accrual reporting.
- Complete quarterly utilization reporting for contra-revenue entries.
Financial Management
- Manage financial forecasting for a ~(USD)xM annual commitment, including quarterly burn and rollover planning.
- Track resource onboarding/offboarding, monthly allocations, spending projections, and reconciliation of actual spending.
Performance & Resource Management
- Serve as the primary liaison with CWs Partner Company on performance-related issues and facilitate discussions regarding individual resources.
- Oversee offboarding processes and ensure timely, accurate completion of required steps.
Manager & Stakeholder Support
- Act as the single point of contact for all CWs Partner Company program managers regarding onboarding, access, time charging, travel, utilization, and performance concerns.
- Triage inquiries and direct issues to the appropriate internal teams (DT, Contingent Workforce, Orca support, etc.)
- Identify and communicate issues or escalations to the CWs Partner Company as needed.
Relationship Management
- Lead weekly meetings with the key CWs Partner Company stakeholders to review program updates, address challenges, and ensure operational alignment.
Offboarding
- Develop the FY26 offboarding plan to align resource transitions with program spend and natural engagement end dates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare for a phased offboarding schedule and communicate plans to CW’s Partner Company.
In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, PMO operations, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Experience with financial forecasting, reporting, or operational metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate cross-functional environments and influence without authority.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and senior leaders.
- High level of attention to detail and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
