About The Work

ServiceNow is seeking a rising Communications all-rounder to drive employee engagement and our talent brand narrative in India. You’ll help the Employee Communications team execute compelling experiences rooted in ServiceNow’s purpose, priorities and culture - leading to measurable engagement and business outcomes. You will also partner with our Corporate Communications team to build ServiceNow’s reputation as the leading digital transformation partner for Indian enterprises.

Everything moves quickly at a high-growth company, and we’re looking for someone to partner across the many facets of our team to execute on the following:

  • Comms ecosystem—Let's start at the top... our communications channel strategy. You’ll manage and leverage our internal comms platforms with interactive content, advise our leaders and business partners on best practices, monitor employee engagement, and document our ecosystem and team processes.
  • Talent brand – Spotlight the people behind ServiceNow’s pledge to make the world of work, work better. You’ll source compelling employee and technology stories that celebrate our unique talent and culture.
  • Storytelling— Love to tell a good story? You’ll help create simple, authentic and human narratives for a variety of mediums and audiences – that connect hearts and minds.
  • Event management— Thrive on creating one-of-a-kind experiences? You will take the lead in executing our site event strategy, including all hands (our main global meeting for India employees) and leadership team meetings. And you’ll be part of the cross-functional, “on the ground” team responsible for amplifying corporate announcements and initiatives.
  • External communications – Enhance ServiceNow’s reputation as the leading digital transformation partner for Indian enterprises by working closely with the Asia Pacific & Japan Communications team, India PR agencies. Support global PR announcements, seek opportunities to profile our business leaders and market leadership, launch India partnerships and customer announcements.
  • Employee sentiment—Finally, data rules. You will help us measure how well we are connecting with our employees and where we can do better with engagement metrics (including our quarterly metrics report) and regular employee pulses.

Who you are

You love creating moments that matter – whether it’s online content, a live event, or a compelling video. Your integrated communication experience helps you influence leaders and business partners. You’re analytical and decisive in a fast-paced environment, but you take your time to find that unique take on a story.

 

What you bring

  • 5-7 years communications experience, with an interest in building a career in corporate communications at a tech company
  • Cross-functional business partnership experience, strong project management skills, and experience supporting large-scale internal site events
  • Confidence as a partner and advisor to senior leaders and business partners on comms strategy and best practices
  • Creative, authentic storytelling with an eye for detail and a sense of humour
  • Amazing writing and editing skills
  • Ability to think out of the box and produce creative assets and experiences with measurable results
  • Resourcefulness to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high-growth, ever-changing environment
  • Experience partnering with and guiding external agencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, organizational change, or related field

 

What would be a plus (not required)

  • Working knowledge of creating digital collaterals using licenced software
  • Basic knowledge of video production and editing software
