What you will do in this role:

 

  • Calendar management
  • Track actions, milestones, and blockers across multiple workstreams, escalating proactively before issues become problems
  • Coordinate and manage offsite meetings, site visits
  • Expenses and Travel

 

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with existing EA team and the overall organization
  • Highly organized with strong written skills, and the confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders directly
  • Fluent in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Concur, Outlook

Education

  • 5+ years experience
  • Worked in a fast paced environment
