About The Work

• You get to solve for complex problems and deliver world-class experiences that influence product strategy and transform how people work.
• You drive end-to-end product experiences that consider user and product ecosystems, workflow, and design patterns.
• You will lead collaborative projects or work streams with multidisciplinary teams to deliver experiences that resonate with our users. 

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 8+ years of relevant design experience.
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions based on human-centered design and research data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with iterative and generative approach.
• Portfolio is a must-have.
