Description
ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Media Manager to support the execution and governance of our Global and US paid media campaigns. This contract role bridges coordination and strategic oversight, combining hands-on campaign management with performance analysis and process improvement recommendations. You'll work closely with our agency partner and internal stakeholders to ensure high-fidelity execution of media activations across global and regional channels.
Responsibilities
· Campaign Execution Oversight:
· Maintain live campaign tracker covering status, budget pacing, and spend integrity across all active, launching, and concluding campaigns
· Perform rigorous QA and setup validation across platforms to verify targeting, creative tags, audience segments, and landing page URLs align with approved briefs and media plans
· Partner with internal Ad Operations teams to spot-check live agency activations and flag execution anomalies for immediate resolution
· Maintain audit trail with proof-of-posting via screenshot archives and deployment documentation

· Performance & Optimization Support
· Consolidate and validate weekly/monthly performance data from agency partners to support campaign reviews and optimization insights
· Identify campaign performance risks and recommend optimization opportunities based on platform signals and performance trends
· Validate data inputs, measurement consistency, and reporting accuracy before synthesis for strategic analysis

· Budget Tracking & Agency Coordination
· Log invoices and maintain detailed budget tracking; assist with monthly reconciliation comparing agency invoicing to platform spend
· Track agency deliverable timelines (media plans, reports, creative assets) and send proactive reminders for critical deadlines
· Serve as primary point of contact for routine agency questions and coordinate regular check-ins between Media leadership and agency partners

· Cross-Functional Coordination
· Track creative asset delivery from internal teams and confirm target account lists reach agency on schedule
· Coordinate timing and handoffs with Creative, ABM, Digital Experience, and Ad Operations teams to maintain campaign momentum

Required Qualifications
· 4–6 years in paid media planning and execution (agency or client-side); B2B or Tech experience a plus
· Demonstrated experience validating and executing complex digital campaign activations with attention to QA and technical standards
· Familiarity with campaign set up, ad operations, tracking, and analytics platforms
· Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic formulas) and familiarity with campaign tracking dashboards and reporting tools
· Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
· Clear communicator comfortable working with agency partners and across internal cross-functional teams
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
 

Preferred Qualifications
· Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, display networks, ABM tools)
· Familiarity with project management and automation tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, Monday.com)
· Experience with analytics and reporting platforms (Tableau, Looker, Domo, or similar BI tools)
· Previous contract or temporary role experience; ability to ramp quickly in a fast-moving environment
· Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or high-velocity campaign environments
