Position Overview: The Model Quality Tester is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of machine learning models. This role involves identifying potential issues, and collaborating with data scientists and engineers to enhance model quality, specifically in your native language.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Evaluation: 
    • Conduct testing of models to assess accuracy, precision, recall, and other relevant metrics.
    • Data integrity check
    • Support Multilingual E2E testing
    • Data validation, Data Labeling
  • Collaboration and Communication: 
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting: 
    • Maintain detailed documentation of testing results, and corrective actions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be Bilingual, Fluent in Thai/Korean/Chinese language and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, as well as considering backgrounds with Copywriting, or humanities degree.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Reliable
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Must be data savvy and comfortable with MS Excel

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.

Education

BS in technical degree preferred or equivalent experience
